Client Readiness
Clients must be ready at pickup time. Drivers will make every effort to arrive within the scheduled window. Please be fully prepared to enter the vehicle at pickup.
Scope of Assistance
Our drivers do not lift, transfer, dress, or provide any form of medical care. Light assistance and item carrying are available; all services are non-medical in nature.
No-Show Policy
A $25 no-show fee will be applied if the client is not available at the scheduled pickup time after reasonable wait and contact attempts.
Pricing Adjustments
Final pricing may change for mileage over 10 miles, after-hours service, weekend service, urgent/priority trips, or service outside Danville city limits.
Wait Times
Concierge rides include up to one hour of wait time. Additional wait is billed at $25 per additional hour.

Seigles Transportation is fully insured and committed to the safest possible experience for every client. All drivers are screened, trained, and professional.
